Position:
1. Executive - Administration
Responsibilities:
• To maintain and upkeep of Microsoft AX system, cost monitoring, bills and payment
• To manage for purchasing group of stationery
• To liaise with telco/mobile service provider to ensure smooth running of all telecommunication services provided to all business units
• To manage daily office administrative operations, facilities and maintenances in HQ and
• To manage and maintain the security system and issue staff ID
• To monitor drivers assignment and monitor admin car pool allocation
• To administer petrol fleet card and parking facility matter
• To manage and monitor Mailing Room Management
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in office management and administration role
• Able to work independently and highly motivated personality
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
