Requirements :

• Possess at least STPM/Diploma in any field, OR
• Work experience not less than 2 years
• Possess PCEIA (AB &C) & Takaful basic Examination (TBE) is an advantage
• Have a passionate and aggressive personality to do selling
• Outgoing fun personality and friendly working environment
• High tolerance for working under pressure and delivering sales target
• Pro-active, meticulous and independent individual with outgoing personality
• Genuine interest to serve people
• Good communication and personal skills
• Possess own transport

Responsibilities :

• To sell various types of insurance policies to business and individuals on behalf of Pos Malaysia primarily life/family Takaful and other PosAssurance products which offered by Pos Malaysia
• To seek new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers or existing and generate lists of prospective clients
• To explain features of various policies to promote and undertake sales of PosAssurance insurance plans
• To contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage
• To perform administrative task, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals
• To assist BDO to develop and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve the target set by the management
• To attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new insurance products, learn new skills and others
• To ensure the policy requirement are fulfilled through the completion of appropriate form
• Maintaining good relationship with ground staff at the Post Office and customers
• To work closely with BDO and ASSM to support in achieving Region PosAssurance target.


Maklumat Gaji & Faedah Sampingan:

Gaji Asas – RM1,800 (tidak termasuk elaun-elaun di bawah)

Elaun-elaun / Komisen :

- Elaun Khas
- Elaun Rumah
- Elaun Kehadiran

& Lain-lain faedah – Faedah perubatan & perlindungan insurans
