Positions:

1.  ICE PRESIDENT GROUP FINANCE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER'S OFFICE GROUP FINANCE 
(BASED IN BUILDING 5, SIRIM BERHAD, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the SIRIM Group

• To provide leadership and coordination in planning and implementing effective & efficient financial functions for SIRIM Group

• To provide critical financial insight and strategic support to the Board of Directors and President and Group Chief Executive

• To oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management, including cash flow planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure and oversee financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, treasury function and procurement function

• To ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports for staff, Management and Board of Directors

• Responsible for the annual statutory audit and tax compliance

• To develop and support strong external relationships with Panel lawyers, Credit Management Companies, Debtors, Bankers, Auditors, Tax Consultant, Subsidiaries SBUs in order to ensure alignment to SIRIM good governance philosophy and practices

• Ensure the finance and accounting operations is in compliance with the Accounting Standards, company policies and Corporate Governance


Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 15 years of experience in the accounting field, with Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA) membership

• Minimum 10 years working experience in similar areas and with at least 7 years in the managerial position, preferably with exposure to holding company’s management.

• Sound knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, banking and relevant statutory requirements

• Positive work attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
